I couldn't resist picking these wild cherry plums and making some jam. - absolutely scrumptious!
1.5 kg of plums
1 kg of sugar
4/5 small sterilised jars
Add plums to a pan and simmer until soft
Remove stones using a sieve spoon
Add the sugar
Boil rapidly to bring up to 105 deg C
Pour in sterile jars
Spread on warm crusty buttered toast and enjoy!
